The Theory of Change provides a structured method for identifying and addressing complex development challenges.

It helps clarify assumptions, risks, and the expected results of strategies, allowing for evidence-based decision-making and course corrections.

 

THEORY OF CHANGE STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES

Strategic Objective 1:

Quality Early Learning Education

  • To capacitate women to provide quality early learning services to children and families.

Strategic Objective 2:

Women Empowerment & Leadership

  • To equip and promote women’s leadership as small business owners.

 

TOC is informed by the following core beliefs:

  1. There is a need for an adult-oriented learning process where adults have access and take ownership of their development of skills and knowledge.
  2. ECD should be formalised and professionalised to ensure the recognition necessary in the sector as a crucial contributor to child and societal development.
  3. Access to a support network is critical in the delivery of quality ECD programmes.
