As a long-term advocate for early childhood development, I am honoured to be involved with organisations such as Early Foundation, whose initiatives and programmes make a difference in the development of our children and empower women who are involved in pre-schools with skills and knowledge.
South Africa sees many children in fatherless homes and seeing positive male role models in the classroom helps to lessen the emotional impact of this. It's important for Men to participate in the ECD sector across different roles.
