At ECF, we understand that quality early childhood development begins with safe, functional, and stimulating learning environments. Through our partnership with the Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA), we have supported the improvement and development of ECD infrastructure to create spaces where young children can learn, grow, and thrive.
Our infrastructure programme focuses on strengthening ECD centres by improving physical facilities, enhancing compliance with health and safety standards, and creating environments that support quality learning and care.

Our partnership with DBSA

Working alongside the DBSA, ECF has contributed to infrastructure development initiatives aimed at improving access to quality ECD services in underserved communities. This collaboration supports the government's commitment to ensuring that young children have access to safe, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate learning environments.

Areas of Infrastructure Support
