16 ECD practitioners were awarded certificates of competence for the Money Management Programme on the 12 August 2016 at the TOPSY Foundation offices in Grootvlei, Mpumalanga. This has been another successful year of a partnership between The Early Care Foundation and TOPSY Foundation. Well done to the ladies for all the hard work they have put in.
