Chief Operations Manager

Ipeleng has worked in the NPO sector for 13 years most recently as a COO at Early Care Foundation since 2013. She is responsible for
co-ordinating and managing our various programmes and related events.

Maletsatsi joined The Early Care Foundation in 2012 as facilitator and assessor. She is a qualified teacher and accredited assessor and facilitator with experience in the ECD sector which spans over 30 years.

Nontsapo joined The Early Care Foundation in May 2015.  She is a registered Assessor, Facilitator and Moderator with 8 years’ experience in the early childhood development sector.

Fikile has over 22 years’ experience and has worked in an ECD capacity at various organisations, including Grow Early Learning Trust,the University of Witwatersrand and the Department of Education.

Qualified assessor with a diploma in Early Childhood Development.

ECD Trainer and Assessor

Ntombizodwa (Zodwa) Sonkqayi was appointed in March 2020 as a ECD trainer for the Western Cape project. She has 14 years of experience in the ECD sector.

Registered Social Auxiliary Worker as well as an Assessor and Moderator.

Namsie joined The Early Care Foundation in 2010 and presents The Early Care Foundation training programmes across Gauteng. She has over 24 years’ experience in the ECD sector.

Letlhogonolo joined our team in late 2016. Lethogonolo has experience in marketing and secretarial duties and was previously with Janine Lazarus Media Consultancy for 5 years.

National Diploma – Business Communications majoring in Advertising, Marketing Communications and Communications Science.

Delisile joined the Early Care Foundation in January 2020, Her crucial role includes budget planning, producing and reviewing of financial reports and monitoring accounts.
